Michael Ragonese is an acclaimed jazz pianist, composer, and educator born and raised inLos Angeles. He attended California State University, Northridge (CSUN),where he received top honors at major festivals including Reno and Monterey and was recognized as an outstanding soloist.
Ragonese has become one of the most in-demand pianists of his generation, performing,touring, and recording with artists such as Barbara Streisand, Walter Smith III, Mark Turner, Charnett Moffett, Bennie Maupin, Ben Wendel, Dave Koz, Rick Braun, Norman Brown, Alphonso Johnson, John Daversa, Tierney Sutton, Stanley Jordan, Engelbert Humperdinck, Tom Jones, Shoshana Bean, Dave Binney, Bob Sheppard, and others.
Michael brings his killer band of star musisicans - Anthony Fung, drums and Luca Alemanno, bass to the Birds stage for a night of incredibily innovative and burning jazz.!!

Where is parking located?
Parking is located under the building, accessible from west of the building off of 1st St. between Bunker Hill Towers and the mini-shopping center AU LAC is in.
Once you’ve turned into the large driveway, turn left into the garage “Guest Parking and Residence Parking of The Promendade”. $12 CASH ONLY.
Additional parking is located directly across Hope St. at Disney Hall - 111 South Grand Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90012. $10.
There is limited street parking in front of Au Lac, Disney Hall and The Music Center.
