Most men accept nagging injuries, stiff joints, and "the dad bod" as an inevitable part of aging. It isn’t. You aren't "old" - you’re just operating on a foundation that needs a reset.
The Men’s MOT is a 90-minute session designed to strip away the "gym-bro hustle" and focus on the points of friction that hold men back: desk-bound posture, chronic lower back tightness, and "clicky" knees.
It’s practical, focused, and built for men with full lives. You’ll leave knowing exactly what’s working, what’s holding you back, and what to do next.
This session is for dads who:
- Feel stiff, tight, or unreliable in their body
- Have back, hip, or knee issues that keep returning
- Want to stay strong and capable without living in the gym
- Are done guessing and want a clear plan
What we’ll do together:
- The Movement Check: We look at how you move and where things are getting overloaded or stuck.
- The 7-Minute Daily Reset: A short routine you can use at home to keep your body moving well.
- Strength Foundations: How to build strength that supports everyday life - work, kids, sport, and weekends.
- Your Next 12 Weeks: A simple, realistic plan based on your body and capacity.
