The Menopause Playbook: Couples Edition is a 3-hour guided workshop designed to help couples better understand the emotional, physical, and relational changes that can happen during this stage of life — without overwhelming medical jargon or judgment.
Together, we’ll explore:
✔ What perimenopause and menopause actually are
✔ Common and lesser-known symptoms such as anxiety, irritability, rage, brain fog, sleep disruption, and overwhelm
✔ How hormonal changes can affect mood, stress tolerance, communication, and connection
✔ Ways partners and families can provide meaningful support
✔ Nutrition, lifestyle, and professional support options available
The workshop will also include separate breakout conversations for women and partners, creating space for honest discussion, shared experiences, and questions in a supportive environment, before coming back together for guided reconnection and conversation as couples.
