In this age of AI, the world appears increasingly chaotic. Wars and suffering continue across the world. Since the beginning of humanity, conflict and pain have never truly ceased.
Before asking how to be happy, perhaps we must first learn how to face suffering. Pain reminds us that we are real, living beings. Not machines, nor emptiness.
Even when the body is confined, the ability to feel still proves our freedom. Only through accepting pain can hope begin to appear.
