📅 Saturday, May 2 at 6 p.m., catch the screening at The Movie Mill in Lethbridge.
Synopsis:
1815. Jean Valjean is released from Pr*son, broken and rejected by all. Wandering aimlessly, he finds refuge with a clergyman, his sister, and their maid. Faced with this outstretched hand, Jean Valjean wavers, and in this suspended moment, he must choose who he wants to become.
💫 Adapted from Victor Hugo’s “Les Misérables,” Éric Besnard delivers a poignant historical drama centered on the birth of an extraordinary man. Before there was a hero, there was a man… a wretch.
