Reclaiming Safety Within the Masculine A Father’s Day somatic experience with breath, sound, and embodied exploration ✨
Father’s Day can hold many layers—connection, absence, love, grief, or simply a quiet awareness in the body.
This small-group experience offers a gentle space to slow down and listen inward… not to analyze or revisit the past, but to notice what lives in the body now.
Through guided breath, subtle movement, sound, and somatic awareness, we’ll explore how your body relates to safety, support, and the presence (or absence) of the masculine—at a pace that feels steady and resourced.
This is an introduction to the work—a place to arrive, soften, and begin.
Together, we’ll:
• Settle the nervous system through simple, grounding practices
• Gently notice patterns of holding, bracing, or softening in the body
• Explore breath and sound as tools for regulation and awareness
• Reconnect with a quiet sense of safety that comes from within
We’ll close with a gentle integration practice to support your body in settling and absorbing the experience
There is no pressure to share, no expectation to go deep—only an invitation to be with yourself in a supported, intentional space.
