I'm Sylvia. I'm a toddler mom, a boxing/yoga teacher, breathwork and somatics facilitator and I have created this workshop because of my own LIVED experience; and I know firsthand how these practices have helped me tremendously shift my OWN postpartum struggles. And I want to help you do the same.
