The Main Event: Volleyball

The Main Event is back for Semester 2 — and it’s bigger, louder, and better.

Expect a full-day match-day experience at every fixture: DJs setting the tone, food and drink trucks packed with deals, halftime challenges, and a crowd that brings the noise.

Fixture Details:

• Date: Wednesday 28th January
• Time: 5pm
• Location: Pleasance Sports Hall

At the end of the match*, three participants will step onto court and take on Knock the Block. With one serve or throw, the challenge is simple: clear the net and knock over the target object on the opposite side. No bounces, no second chances – knock the block and win £1000.

*Since Volleyball does not have a halftime, the challenge will take place shortly after the end of the match.
