About this Event

Join Emily Sadri, founder of Aurelia Health for an early access film screening on perimenopause followed by Q&A/real talk with women's health and hormone experts.

The (M) Factor 2 explores the latest research in perimenopause symptoms and solutions, with leading experts and real women's experiences.

“Before The Pause” dives deeper than ever into the untold realities of perimenopause and its profound impact on women's health, careers and relationships. Building on the success of its predecessor, "The M Factor" (about menopause), this sequel focuses on the misunderstood years (mid-30s onwards) when symptoms like brain fog, hot flashes, and sleep issues can start, aiming to provide earlier education, reduce stigma, and empower women for better midlife health.

Through candid personal stories and expert insight, the film explores why early awareness and preventive care are essential—and how this moment represents a turning point for women’s midlife health.

What You’ll Experience:

This isn’t your average health talk.

This is a sacred pause in your week, a front-row seat to The M Factor 2: Before the Pause (a film every woman deserves to see).

We’ll explore:
  • The truth about perimenopause. What’s really happening in your body (and why it’s not all in your head)
  • The tangled web of hormones, mood, metabolism, and mental load, and how to start unraveling it
  • A rich, real conversation with trusted experts (moderated, but never muted)
  • Time for your questions, in a space where no one rolls their eyes or rushes you

Expect wisdom. Expect validation. Expect to exhale.

Why It Matters:

Because most of us enter perimenopause like we’re blindfolded on a rollercoaster, bracing ourselves, not understanding the ride. And that’s not okay.

When you understand what’s happening, you can finally stop blaming yourself. You can start advocating, nourishing, knowing your way through.

This conversation isn’t just for you.

It’s for your partner, your daughters, your friends.

Knowledge isn’t just power. It’s peace.Let’s talk about the stuff no one ever told us, but should’ve.

Venue:

The Van Aken Event Center is located above Paloma, in the Van Aken District.

Light appetizers and drinks will be provided.
