About this Event
THE HANDS TRACK | MAY 16, 2026 9am-Noon
In our final event of the year, the “Hands” track is designed to move us from reflection into practice—centering skill-building, creative engagement, and tangible tools for action. Through interactive workshops, facilitators will guide participants in experiences grounded in craft, practice, and activism. These sessions are intentionally participatory, offering students and adults concrete ways to engage, experiment, and imagine more just and equitable futures together.
We invite students, educators, families, and Bay Area community partners to join us in conversation, reflection, and skill-building through the lenses of identity, justice, and community care.
More on the Head Heart Hands EIB Conference Series
Building on years of evolving EIB work—naming inequity, amplifying historically marginalized voices, and honoring the multiplicity of lived experiences—this series offers an intentional structure for ongoing learning that invites curiosity, courage, and connection. Grounded in our mission to develop the head, heart, and hands of learners, the series unfolds across the school year through three guiding tracks:
- Head: Conversations with thought leaders, authors, and activists
- Heart: Film screenings and arts- and wellness-based experiences
- Hands: Interactive workshops centered on creativity, practice, and activism
