The Lucky Girl Spring Social

The Lucky Girl Spring Equinox Social is a mini-retreat style gathering to welcome the new season with reflection, creativity, and good energy. Hosted by The Flour Child Society, a Boston-based women’s social club, and in partnership with Summer Street Wellness and FOUND Boston, the afternoon brings women together for a relaxed experience blending gentle wellness practices and a fun social atmosphere.

We’ll begin with a restorative yoga practice led by Carly Dammon of Summer Street Wellness, followed by a meditative sound bath with crystal singing bowls and a short guided journaling practice centered on renewal and stepping into a “lucky girl” mindset for the season ahead.

After the wellness session, the afternoon will transition into a relaxed social hour where guests can mingle, enjoy a spring-themed Flour Child Boston dessert grazing table, and create their own charm bracelets at the charm bar guided by Sam Clovers, COO of FOUND Boston.

Info: We’ll begin with a gentle restorative yoga practice designed to release tension and encourage deep relaxation. This portion is beginner-friendly and focused on slow, intentional movement to allow our bodies to soften and our minds to unwind. Following the yoga flow, we will settle into stillness for a calming sound bath using crystal singing bowls. The vibrations and tones help deepen relaxation, quiet the mind, and create a meditative state. To close the practice, guests will be guided through a few thoughtful journaling prompts designed to encourage reflection and intention setting for the season ahead.

Info: After the session, we'll transition into creating charm bracelets and enjoying spring-inspired Flour Child treats while mingling and connecting with others in the community.
