Underneath most of what happens between people, four ancient responses are quietly running: fight, flight, freeze, and fawn. They show up as sharpness, as distance, as numbness, as agreement we don't mean. Each one a kind of silence. Each one heard.
This workshop is an invitation to recognise these patterns, to see when they show up, who they're protecting, and what becomes possible when the unsaid becomes seeable. Not to fix or eliminate them, but to understand the language we've been speaking without words.
