About this Event
This much-loved creativity workshop is back, in a beautiful new venue. We'll explore how the practice of creativity helps us tap into joy and frees us from the limits we place on ourselves as adults. I’ll lovingly guide you in getting curious about what’s important to you, as we talk in a group about our relationship to creativity. At the end, you’ll know how to invite inspiration to flow through you, and know yourself a little bit better.
When: Saturday 7th December
Time: 10am-2pm
Where: The Didsbury Parsonage (private upstairs room)
What:
Do you ever feel short on inspiration? Would you love the time and space to re-engage with your innate creativity this festive season? Or do you simply want to connect with yourself in a relaxed group and feel joy?
Creative expression has been shown to reduce stress, improve mental health and help us access our thoughts and emotions.

You don’t have to be a ‘creative’ in any official capacity, or to think of yourself as an artist. I’ve created this for anyone who wants to give their practical, overthinking minds a break, take pleasure from some creative activities, and see what insights may arise about what we want to create more of in our lives. 💡
The workshop will help us reconnect with the artist we all have within. We will develop new ideas using powerful techniques that speak to our soul. I’ve put together a framework for creating the magical conditions that will allow your vision to become clearer. 🧑🎨
What you do with those ideas is up to you. Perhaps you’re seeking inspiration solely for your own self-exploration and wellbeing, to carve out some time for yourself, or to soothe the creator in you that feels compelled to express itself. 👁️
Maybe you’d like to innovate more in your work, bring new energy to a side project or sow the seeds for a potential new calling in life. 🌱
Whatever your motivation, I’ll support you in getting quiet with yourself, nurturing your inner world and remembering who you are. ✨
Note: You're welcome to bring your own food and/or drinks.
