Our November talk takes us on a journey of discovery. Join Michelle Bullivant as she describes the research methods she used to piece together the story of the watermills of Cherry Hinton. Careful research involving old maps and clues in the landscape can reveal forgotten histories. Though focused on Cherry Hinton, the story offers a model for uncovering lost watermills and hidden heritage anywhere.Michelle Bullivant is a Cambridgeshire local historian, landscape archaeologist, researcher and author. Her work focuses on uncovering and interpreting the past through original historical research and archaeological analysis. She shares many of her findings, offering insights into the rich history of landscapes, communities, and individuals, on her website www.michellebullivant.com
