The Long Exhale
A guided evening of meditation, breathwork, and nervous system restoration.
Together, we’ll begin by slowing down and reconnecting with the body through gentle breath and grounding practice. Creating space to step out of the constant mental noise and back into yourself.
From there, you’ll be guided through a deeply restorative meditation designed to help you soften the parts of you that have been holding everything together for too long. The part that’s always managing, anticipating, carrying, and pushing.
This evening is an invitation to reconnect with the version of you that knows how to receive support, rest, softness, and ease.
The version of you that doesn’t have to earn rest. Doesn’t have to stay braced.
Doesn’t have to hold it all alone.
Perfect for anyone who’s been running on full and running on empty at the same time. For the person who takes care of everyone else and can’t remember the last time they truly exhaled.
You don’t need experience with meditation, breathwork, or healing work.
You just need the willingness to show up exactly as you are.
