2. THE LIVING TRUTHA CONNECTED JOURNEY INTO REAL HUMAN CONNECTION continues and we are starting with the SECOND workshop in the series of TWELVE. This builds directly on Arriving as Human. Now participants are more present — we introduce real-time honesty.
These particular workshop series are designed in a wave to really dive deep and understand ourselves and explore the universe of a human being in all it´s glory, a unique creature that is you.
ALL THE WORKSHOPS are a gentle mixture of tantra, authentic relating, shamanic tools and other inspirations that I have been deeply exploring for the past 20 years as a teacher, student, participant, practitioner and observer.
The workshop THE LIVING TRUTH is about exploring honesty in the present moment. To speak what is actually happening instead of what is socially appropriate. Participants learn to notice sensations, emotions, impulses and express them in real time.
This is not therapy.
It is a living experiment in HUMAN BEINGNESS.
