The Listening Body: A Dance Movement Workshop

Are you looking to connect to your center, listen to your body's wisdom, and find movement as medicine? We live in a world that continually draws our attention away from our inner self making it harder to connect and metabolize the emotions and thoughts that shape our decisions and pathways.

Through this workshop, psychotherapist and dance healer Melissa Deeken will guide you through an experience of connecting to what is present and wanting attention within you and learning how to use movement as a way to honor and bear witness to it.

This workshop with involve light breathwork, freedom of expression through your voice and body, and a time for communal witnessing of each other.
