The Lion Swing is a lively evening of jazz music, community, and celebration hosted by the Royal Pride Band as a major fundraiser for the McKinney High School Band Booster Club.
The event will feature live performances by the McKinney High School Mane Attraction Jazz Ensemble, the McKinney High School Blue Cat Big Band, and the McKinney Dance Band, a community jazz ensemble. Guests will enjoy an evening of great music, desserts, refreshments, and a fun swing-inspired atmosphere.
A Silent Auction will be held in conjunction with the event, featuring a wide variety of items, experiences, and gift packages generously donated by local businesses and band families. All proceeds directly support the students of the Royal Pride Band through instructional resources, student opportunities, and program needs.
