About this Event
Making friends as an adult is hard. Let's talk about it.
The Link Up is a free, 2-hour community experience designed to do two things most people are starving for -- real conversation and genuine connection. No fluff. No networking scripts. Just grown folks getting honest about how hard it actually is to build meaningful friendships and relationships after a certain age.
Here's how it goes:
Hour 1: The Conversation We get into it. Facilitated group discussion on the real challenges of adult connection -- loneliness, trust, boundaries, and why it feels like everyone already has their "people." This is not therapy. This is community.
Hour 2: The Dance Class We move. Join your host for a beginner-friendly hip-hop fitness class. No experience needed. No judgment. Just music, movement, and good energy. Come ready to sweat.
This event is for you if: You feel like making friends got harder the older you got. You're tired of surface-level connections. You want to be around people who keep it real. You just want to have fun and move your body with your community.
What to bring: Comfortable workout clothes and sneakers. That's it.
Cost: Absolutely FREE. Registration required -- space is limited, so grab your spot now.
