Az UNCITRAL Arbitration Model Law idén ünnepli 40. évfordulóját, amely a közép- és kelet európai régióban, tehát Magyarországon is a helyi lex arbitri alapja (mindkét választottbírósági törvényünk jelentős mértékben ezen alapul). Hazánk szerepe abban a tekintetben is kiemelt, hogy a UNCITRAL (ENSZ Nemzetközi Kereskedelmi Bizottsága) magyar kezdeményezésre jött létre, mai napig erős a szerepünk és a képviseletünk is a munkájában.Helyszín: Szent II. This year marks the 40th anniversary of the UNCITRAL Arbitration Model Law, which is the basis for the local lex arbitri in the Central and Eastern European region, including Hungary (both our arbitration laws are based to a significant extent on it). The role of Hungary is also highlighted by the fact that UNCITRAL (United Nations Commission on International Trade) was established on Hungarian initiative, and we still have a strong role and representation in its work.
