The Line-Up Choir

Founded in 2012, by music director and vocal arranger Róisín Savage, The Line-Up Choir are a Dublin-based mixed voice rock and pop choir with a membership of nearly 200 singers, representing Ireland, Scotland, Germany, India, Iceland, Hungary, USA, France, Mexico, Belgium, Denmark, Portugal, Uruguay, Egypt and Argentina.

Renowned for their professionalism, raw energy and soaring sounds – The Line-Up have collaborated with artists as diverse as Hugh Jackman, Billy Ocean, Picture This, Glen Hansard, Wallis Bird, Secret Garden, Paul Harrington and Charlie McGettigan, Johnny Logan, Brian Kennedy, Paddy Casey, Patrick Cassidy, Wheatus, Bronagh Gallagher, Nathan Carter, Celine Byrne and Colm Wilkinson. They have featured on The Tommy Tiernan Show, The Ray D'Arcy Show, The Nathan Carter Show and are a regular choir on The Late Late Show. They are proud to have supported events such as Darkness into Light, Light Up a Life, the Marriage Equality Campaign and the Whole Lotta Live tribute to D.J. Tony Fenton.

In the past year alone, the choir have been endorsed for their unique covers on social media by artists such as Mark Owen, Gwen Stefani, Cyndi Lauper, Kristin Chenoweth, Kylie Minogue, Billy Steinberg and Ann and Nancy Wilson from Heart.

The choir have performed in most of Dublin's top venues including The Olympia Theatre, Whelans, the Abbey Theatre, RDS, Bord Gáis Energy Theatre, 3Arena and Croke Park. They have also appeared at Electric Picnic and Body and Soul festivals, broke a Guinness World Record for gospel singing in London, performed in shows at the Dublin Theatre Festival and Dublin Fringe Festival and have even performed in the New York City St Patrick's Day Parade. They were also invited to perform in the world famous Carnegie Hall in March 2019 as part of an international choir under the direction of "the godfather of a cappella" Deke Sharon.
