About this Event

TLH Spring Workshop is a full-day retreat designed for women to awaken, recharge, and restore balance—cultivating renewed vitality and intuitive guidance. Throughout the day, participants will gain practical knowledge and skills drawn from both traditional and Western approaches to strengthen the mind–body connection, including insights into the neuroscience of change and the body’s energy systems.

Guided exploration of the chakra system will provide tools for self-assessment, helping participants identify subtle imbalances and develop pathways toward greater clarity and alignment. The workshop will focus on activating the root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, and throat chakras to support the release of emotional weight while fostering confidence and inner stability. Higher chakras will also be introduced to inspire expanded awareness, vision, and a deeper sense of fulfillment.

The day will begin with Qigong, incorporating gentle movement, breathwork, and focused attention to cultivate relaxation and receptivity. Experiences in sound, movement, art, and ritual will be thoughtfully woven together, creating a cohesive and calming progression that supports embodied healing and gentle mental and physical adjustments.

A “brown bag” lunch session will offer practical direction on daily routines, mental health, self-care tools, nutritional support, and naturopathic wisdom—providing a sustainable toolkit for holistic living and personal empowerment.

The workshop will close with a restorative sound bath, allowing the nervous system to integrate the day’s work and prepare for the next season with a sense of ease and balance.
