Join us for a hands-on evening learning to make sourdough on your own.

Are you overstimulated by the "rules" of sourdough and ready for a hobby that actually fits your busy life? Join Shannon—High School Biology teacher, mom of two, and sourdough enthusiast—for an interactive workshop designed to take you from "confused" to "confident."

Whether you are a total beginner or have a starter languishing in the back of your fridge, this workshop is for you!

The Biology of Bread: Why sourdough is a powerhouse for gut health (explained by a science teacher!).
Starter Strength: How to build and maintain a "strong base" for consistent, lofty loaves.
The Method: Hands-on practice with mixing, strengthening, and shaping your dough.
The "Busy Life" Schedule: How to fit baking into a 9-5 or a chaotic family schedule.
🎒 What You’ll Take Home:
Your Own Active Loaf: The dough you mix in class, ready to bake in your own oven the next morning.
The Lifted Loaf Starter: A jar of my personal, mature sourdough starter to begin your own legacy.
The "Sourdough Blueprint": A printed, simplified guide covering our "Strong Base" method and troubleshooting tips.
Supplies to get Started at home: apron, bread whisk, bread lame, mixing bowls, bowl scraper and dough cutter

A fresh Sourdough tasting to fuel your learning.
Expert guidance from a teacher who loves making complex things simple.
