About this Event
While Michael Bublé is officially out of hibernation, it’s time for the startup world to swap pitch decks for prosecco and spreadsheets for shenanigans.
After last year’s sell-out debut, we’re back by huge demand and if you were there, you already know how wild it got. We had Santa handing out free gifts, the drinks were flowing all night, and let’s just say… a few legendary memories were made.
This year, we’re turning it up another notch. Hosted by Rare Founders (with organising partners to be announced soon), the Startup Christmas Party brings the entire startup community together under one festive roof for a night of pure celebration.

📍 Venue: Blue Marlin Ibiza London Private Members Club
For one night only, founders, investors, operators, and startup teams will ditch the grind to unwind, reconnect, and celebrate another rollercoaster year of wins, lessons, and caffeine-fuelled chaos.

- A night to dance, laugh, and connect with London’s most ambitious founders and investors
- Our founder DJs plus a headline DJ to keep the energy high all night
- Festive drinks, exclusive networking, and plenty of surprises

No strict rules, but we’re bringing the sparkle — think suits, evening dresses, or standout Christmas jumpers. Feeling extra? We’ve even made a moodboard to help you nail the vibe.

Last year sold out fast, and this year will be no different. The venue can host up to 450 guests, and once it’s full, it’s one in, one out. Grab your ticket early and arrive on time — this one’s going to be big.
