Get Ready for The Last Long Run!
Spring marathon season is around the corner and it’s time for The Last Long Run.
Join us for a fun, supportive long-run event designed to help runners confidently prepare for their upcoming races. Whether you’re training for a full marathon, half marathon, or simply building endurance, this event is structured so every runner can participate at their own pace and distance.
We’ve created a 5km loop course with a central home base station, making it easy to run the distance that suits your training plan. Stop in for hydration, fuel, encouragement, and community before heading back out for your next loop.
Run 5km, 10km, 15km, 20km, 25km, or the full 30km — the choice is yours.
This event is perfect for:
- Marathon and half-marathon athletes needing one final long run
- Newer runners building distance in a supportive environment
- Anyone who enjoys running with an encouraging community
What to expect:
- 5km loop course so you can choose your distance
- Central hydration station powered by WakeWater
- XACT Nutrition for fuelling
- ASICS Canada shoe reps on site with opportunities to try running shoes

We’ve hosted several successful running events in the past and, after many requests from our community, we’re excited to bring back two more events this year — starting with this one.
