The Last Light is a reggae-centric, groove collective composed of seven artists who call the Southern Utah desert home. Miki’s writing reflects everyday experiences of love, happiness and also dramatic complexities within our lives. Audiences are captivated and enchanted by the magical vibration of her melodies. Miki Rae’s infectious ukulele rhythms give a genuine island vibe to the songs while the dubby rasp of Garrett Moore’s guitar licks give the music a cutting edge, psychedelic rock sound. The heartbeat of the Hooligans consists of Robbie Wheeler creating a hypnotic pocket on the drums and the lavish groove delivered by Rob Wheeler on the bass.
