The Language of Flowers: A Mini Retreat in Plant Connection and Creating Flower EssencesThrough gentle hypnosis, journaling, and embodiment practices, you’ll expand your intuition and connect with the wisdom of the natural world as we learn the art of crafting flower essences together.

This half-day retreat is a space to slow down, settle your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself, the natural world, and others. Through gentle hypnosis, journaling, embodied intuition practices, and time in nature, you’ll attune to the subtle language of plants.
Together, we’ll create a solar infusion flower essence with care and respect for the plant. Just like any relationship rooted in integrity, making an essence begins with presence, reciprocity, deep listening, and non-judgment. You’ll leave with a handmade flower essence, a simple framework to create your own moving forward, and a hypnosis recording to support ongoing plant connection.
A flower essence, not to be confused with an essential oil, is a vibrational preparation, generally taken by mouth, that captures a plant’s energetic imprint in water, traditionally used to support emotional balance, integrate soul lessons, and expand awareness. Its effects often ripple outward, creating meaningful shifts in how you experience life.
This gentle herbal medicine is especially supportive for highly sensitives, intuitives, and empaths, folks navigating stress or life transitions, or anyone curious about connecting more deeply with plants.
Herbal iced tea and thoughtfully curated snacks will be provided, but make sure to eat lunch before you arrive. No prior experience is necessary, just an open mind and some curiosity.
Participants will leave with:

• A simple framework + worksheet for creating essences on their own
• Tools for listening to the subtle communication of plants (attuning to the 5 senses and beyond)
• A deepened trust in their intuition

About your guide: Hi, I'm Kat Itz, Herbalist, Clinical Hypnotist, and CranioSacral Therapy practitioner based in Knoxville, TN. I offer soul-centered bodywork and vibrational medicine to help you become more well acquainted with the essence of your being.
