Discussion based class that helps teens understand the meaning behind the words we use everyday, especially words related to emotions, health, and character.This course is:
-Not therapy
-Not behavior modification
-Not moral or religious instruction
It is a calm, respectful space where teens learn to think more clearly, communicate more accurately, and relate to themselves with less pressure.
