The Lady Hoofers Tap Ensemble invites you to a free public performance in Dilworth Park outside Philadelphia's City Hall. The free, 60-minute concert will include company favorites, new repertory performed by the ensemble’s First Company and Apprentice dancers, and a work-in-progress presentation of "Honeysomethin' Blues" choreographed by Guest Artist Lisa La Touche. This outdoor, socially distanced performance is free to the public thanks to support by Center City District and Philadelphia Cultural Fund.About The Arts on Center Stage series: Philadelphia’s robust network of arts & culture organizations, large and small, will be celebrated every week as they perform in the center of the city. Shows will range from orchestral serenades and ballet ensembles to jazz instrumentals and beyond. In support of local restaurants, guests are encouraged to dine al fresco with takeout meals from nearby eateries. Cocktails to-go made with Maker’s Mark Bourbon and Michelob Ultra Organic Seltzer will be offered to guests 21 and older, and a special menu will be available at the Air Grille.
CCD Parks requests that individuals experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, or who have come in contact with someone who has tested positive within the past 14 days, refrain from attending.
