🍽️ Two-Course Set Menu
Starters:
🥥 Coconut Prawns – Deep-fried in a coconut and herb batter, served with a spicy chilli & lime dip.
🌽 Sweetcorn Cake Fritters – Served with homemade chilli dip.
🍗 Grilled Chicken Satay Sticks – Marinated in Thai herbs, served with a homemade chickpea satay sauce and fresh cucumber salad. No nuts!
Mains (served with your choice of rice):
🐟 Deep-Fried Monkfish Goujons with Garlic & Black Pepper – Served on a bed of crunchy salad with a spicy chilli & lime dip. (Medium spice – only the dip is spicy!)
🍍 Chicken Singapore Sweet & Sour – Stir-fried with pineapple, peppers, onion, tomato, tamarind paste, peanuts & fish sauce. (Mild spice)
🍛 Gang Massaman Curry (Chicken or Mixed Seasonal Veg) – Homemade curry paste with coconut milk, peanuts, new potatoes & onions. (Medium spice)
Rice Options:
🍚 Steamed Jasmine Rice – Light and fragrant.
🥥 Coconut Rice – Cooked with ginger, garlic, black pepper, and coriander for extra depth of flavour.
