The Kitchen: Vegetarian Goulash with Potato Pancake

DESCRIPTION:

Perfect for "Meatless Monday" or a healthy, fiber-rich weeknight dinner. Learn how to make a vegetarian take on a traditional Hungarian goulash stew, spiced with Paprika and full of vegetables. The stew will be served over a large Potato pancake.

NOTE:

• To reduce waste, please bring a carryout container.
• Doors to the Kitchen will close 10 minutes after the indicated start time.
• Class size is limited to 12 participants.
• Each person attending requires their own ticket.
