DESCRIPTION:
Looking for a Valentines day treat that doesn’t involve chocolate? Or, are you looking for something novel to impress on your charcuterie boards? Pâte de fruits are a soft, melt in your mouth, jam-like candy that offers punchy, high-impact flavour in a fun, vegan-friendly, and versatile form. Join us to learn how to make both pâte de fruits and cheese coin crackers to surprise and delight next time you host.
NOTE:
- To reduce waste, please bring a carryout container.
- Doors to the Kitchen will close 10 minutes after the indicated start time.
- Class size is limited to 12 participants.
- Each person attending requires their own ticket.
