The Kitchen: Tarte Tatin - French Apple Tart

DESCRIPTION:

Join Chef Amara Yamamoto to learn how to make this classic French dessert. In this class you will learn tips and tricks to create the perfect caramelized french apple tart including how to artfully arrange your caramelized apples, and how to make a versatile and simple pâte brisée.

In this class you’ll make an individual portion of food and learn the skills to recreate this recipe at home.

NOTE:

• To reduce waste, please bring a carryout container.
• Doors to the Kitchen will close 10 minutes after the indicated start time.
• Class size is limited to 12 participants.
• Each person attending requires their own ticket.
