DESCRIPTION:
Join Chef Madan Lal to learn how to make Kala Chana, a popular Indian stew featuring black chickpeas. Black chickpeas are packed with protein and fibre and are high in iron. This delicious stew will be paired with Poori (Indian Fried Bread.)
In this class you’ll make an individual portion of food and learn the skills to recreate this recipe at home.
NOTE:
- To reduce waste, please bring a carryout container.
- Doors to the Kitchen will close 10 minutes after the indicated start time.
- Class size is limited to 12 participants.
- Each person attending requires their own ticket.
