Once made, these versatile tortillas become the foundation for a duo of delicious dishes: Fish Tacos and Cinnamon Sugar Buñuelos.

• To reduce waste, please bring a carryout container.

• Doors to the Kitchen will close 10 minutes after the indicated start time.
