We are bringing you this very special event based in the heart of the city of Canterbury in partnership with The King's School Canterbury. Starting at Green Court on the North side of the Cathedral Precincts next to The King's School Canterbury and finishing on the opposite side of Canterbury Cathedral. This is a unique opportunity to run right through the city centre of Canterbury.
The route starts in the beautiful surroundings of Green Court on the Northside of the Cathedral Precincts and takes a route through the heart of the city of Canterbury via the King's Mile, the Marlowe Theatre, city centre and finishes on the other side of Canterbury Cathedral grounds with the magnificent building as the backdrop to the finish line.
After the run there will be refreshments and stalls at Green Court to relax after with friends and family. You can also head into the city you have just run through and enjoy all the amazing shopping, retail and landmarks the city has to offer.
There will be three main waves: An elite wave to go first, a mass running mile and a mass participation mile. In the participation wave there will be an opportunity to walk a mile with family and friends. Each individual must have a valid entry.
As with all of our events we organise, we will be using the very latest chip timing. We will be providing a live feed onto our website for results - so cross the line and your result goes live!
There are prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and female,1st Male and Female VET40, 50 and 60.
