Join us at Belton Park Pavilion for a fascinating evening with local legend Pete Dodd, who has spent a lifetime serving his country and the Crown.Pete served 24 years with the Coldstream Guards, 4 years in the RAF, and is now in his 19th year as a Yeoman of The King’s Bodyguard — the monarch’s ceremonial bodyguard with a history stretching back over 500 years.
During the evening Pete will share stories from his remarkable life in service, including behind-the-scenes insights from The Queen’s funeral and The King’s Coronation. Expect an evening filled with humour, moving moments and fascinating stories from inside royal ceremonies.
