A grounding spring mini retreat with yoga, breathwork, meditation, reflection and community to reconnect, reset, and feel nourished.
As winter gently gives way to spring, this Kind🌿Root Mini Retreat in Barcelona is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create space for new energy, clarity, and intention to emerge.
Together, we’ll move through a gentle, grounding yoga practice, guided breathwork, and meditation to help regulate your nervous system and bring you back into your body. From this more connected place, you’ll be guided through reflective journaling and coaching-informed prompts to help you release what feels heavy, reconnect with what matters to you, and set intentions for the season ahead.
The breathwork and reflection practices shared are simple, accessible tools you can return to in everyday life, supporting you beyond the session as you move into spring with more ease and awareness.
This gathering is also about community. There will be time to connect with others in a relaxed, welcoming space, with tea, light snacks, and open conversation. These moments often become the most meaningful part of the experience. Creating connection, warmth, and a sense of belonging.
The session is hosted by Lisa Lang, founder of The Kind🌿Root Space, and a certified coach, yoga, breathwork, and meditation teacher. Through her work, Lisa creates calm, inclusive spaces that support both inner reflection and meaningful human connection.
