An interactive workshop to help you deal with toxic leaders at work and to ensure you don't become one yourself!
About this Event

Toxic leadership doesn’t always show up loudly but its impact is impossible to ignore. Whether driven by control, ego, or poor self-awareness, these behaviors shape culture in ways that slowly undermine trust, performance, and results.

This session explores how these leadership patterns take hold, why they fail over time, and the hidden cost organizations pay when they go unchecked.

Light snacks will be provided. Come ready to learn!

This event is for active YPJC members only.
