Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese practice of breath, movement, and awareness that cultivates Qi — the vital life force energy that flows through all of us. I'll be leading your through a series of gentle breath-led movements designed to open and unwind the body, calm and recentre the mind, and reconnect you to your natural state of presence and aliveness.
