About CATHY TOWERS

Cathy is a seasoned improviser with over ten years experience.

With a fun, supportive and creative style, she creates an environment which allows even the most cautious participant to shine:

“Thank you for encouraging me to stay, I had a great time and would like to come back.”

“I loved this workshop. I’ve heard so much about Cathy from others who have worked with her and wanted to take this session. Great job!”

Cathy has taught at Creative Culture South West, British Improv Project and also at Applied Improv Network conferences. She performed during lockdown with the international improv group “Tiny Dinos” and currently performs with “Improperly” who will be appearing at several festivals this summer.

Please note, December's session will be led by Guest Tutor Robin:

Robin de Carteret first fell in love with improvisation 25 years ago after reading Keith Johnstone’s Impro. Since then he has trained, performed, and taught improv in many settings - from theatre groups to business schools. For Robin, improv is joyful, hilarious, and life-changing, and he now shares it as a way to help people gain confidence, connect, and enjoy the unexpected.
