The Joy Of Bop are a vibrant jazz quintet from The Hague, led by trumpeter Laurie Carpenter, alto saxophonist Marco Bernardi, and guitarist Jack Kinsella. They perform both their own compositions and iconic pieces by jazz greats from the 1950s and 1960s. Their performances explore the roots of modern jazz, showcasing the improvisation and creativity that make the genre so unique. They will be celebrating the release of their self-titled debut EP on 3rd April at Murphy’s Law, don’t miss it!
