The Journey Within: Discovering Your Inner Compass

It is specifically tailored for young women aged 18–24.

The content of these sessions has been carefully developed based on insights from a survey shared with 48 trusted women in the community, which explored the key challenges and pressures young women face in today’s world. Their reflections directly informed the themes, structure, and focus of each session, ensuring the programme is relevant, grounded, and responsive to real experiences.

Important Information
- By signing up, participants are expected to commit to all 8 sessions.

- Some sessions will take place during Ramadan. Timings will be adjusted accordingly, and we will arrange iftar together on those dates.

- All sessions (except the two Ramadan dates) will take place at MAC, Edgbaston.

The cost of the course is £80 (£10 per session to be paid in advance)
