The Jig is Up: Jigsaw Puzzle Competition

Assemble your team and gear up to puzzle!

2-2:30pm Check in, get food and beverages and get to your assigned table.

2:30pm Puzzling starts

When winners are decided: The prizes will be awarded.

Stick around after to finish the puzzle, grab some food, or head downstairs to Magers & Quinn and get a special discount for your purchase made day-of!

Puzzles are provided and are 500 pieces.

Teams

• There are two divisions, one with teams of 2 and one with teams of 4.
• Make sure that everyone on your team has a ticket. Unless you buy a Free Agent ticket we expect that you are coming with your own team.

Prizes

• Complete the puzzle first to win cool prizes! Each team member of wining teams will receive a prize. All teams keep the puzzle and get a special discount at Magers & Quinn for purchases made day-of.

General Info

We provide the puzzles. Don't finish your puzzle? No problem! Stay and keep puzzling after the event ends. Your team gets to take it home at the end of the night.

Refunds: There will be no refunds available unless the hosts cancel the event.

Rules:

• Each team has the same puzzle and may not look at the puzzle until the time starts.
• The MC will do a count down to start the competition.
• NO interfering with other teams, including but not limited to: offensive or targeting language, excessive noise, and physical touch.
• Food and drink are allowed at the table.
• You may bring lights that do not need to be plugged in.
• You may bring a stand or other accessories, including box top holders and sorting trays. Your accessories may not encroach on another team’s space. If your accessories interfere, block, or inconvenience other teams you will be asked to put them away.
• No outside help or changing of teams once the timer starts.

Staff will be present to ensure that these rules, as well as our general space rules are followed.

Queermunity reserves the right to disqualify teams that do not respect other participants or our rules. Thank you for being respectful and kind to others in our space.
