About this Event
Join a guided tour accompanying the Revealing the Medieval Jewish Cemetery exhibition at the London Archive. Walk the iconic Barbican and nearby streets, explore the site of the medieval Jewish cemetery and neighbourhoods where a vibrant Jewish community once lived and worked. Using place, story and scholarship, the tour undoes myths, revealing a hidden medieval landscape beneath the modern City.
If this event is sold out why not join us for one of our monthly Sunday morning walks (3rd May, 28th June) or our Medieval History of the City of London and the Tower of London walk on 14th June, all bookable here on eventbrite.
The Jewish Square Mile Foundation is a registered charity dedicated to uncovering, preserving and sharing the deep-rooted Jewish history of the City of London.
