The Intuitive Life
The Intuitive Life is a single-day or multi-day in-person experience series designed to awaken intuition, deepen self-trust, and support embodied awareness in a way that feels grounded, safe, and accessible, where each experience builds on the next. Or come to the one that speaks to you the most.
These are for anyone who feels curious about intuition, inner knowing, or energetic awareness, even if you have never explored this kind of work before. You do not need special abilities or prior experience. This work is not about becoming something new, it is about remembering what is already within you.
Each experience stands fully on its own and you are welcome to attend a single gathering. Together, the three experiences create a progressive arc that gently builds awareness, safety, and confidence from the inside out.

The Experiences
You Are the Psychic
An initiation into intuition. This experience focuses on slowing down, softening the nervous system, and reconnecting with your inner awareness. You will explore how intuition speaks to you personally, through the body, emotions, sensations, or subtle inner signals. This gathering is about safety, trust, and remembering that intuitive intelligence already lives within you.
Trusting the Child Within
This experience deepens self trust through compassion and nervous system repair. As self judgment softens, intuition becomes clearer. This gathering supports emotional regulation, inner child awareness, and learning to listen without fear, pressure, or expectation.
Creating From Knowing
The final experience brings embodiment and integration. With a grounded nervous system and strengthened intuitive connection, this gathering focuses on living from inner knowing rather than overthinking or external validation. It supports clarity, alignment, and confident forward movement.

Kelly MacDonald
Kelly is the founder of Just Breathe 9D and a certified Nine Dimensional Breathwork facilitator, Trauma Informed Coach & Reiki Practitioner. Her work is grounded in nervous system regulation, embodiment, and creating safe, supportive spaces for deep inner awareness. Kelly brings a steady, practical approach to intuitive work, helping people reconnect with their body, build self trust, and access inner guidance in a way that feels integrated and real. Her focus is on helping intuition land in everyday life, not just in the experience itself.
Jessica Batten
Jessica is an award winning Reiki Master Teacher with over a decade of experience in the healing and spiritual arts. Her work is deeply intuitive and multidimensional, drawing from Reiki, psychic and intuitive guidance, Akashic Records, hypnotherapy, past life work, sound healing, and channeled support. Jessica meets each person exactly where they are, offering compassionate, intuitive guidance rooted in integrity, care, and reverence for the human experience.
Together, Kelly and Jessica blend grounded embodiment with intuitive and energetic wisdom, creating experiences that feel both safe and expansive.
