What you can expect
Our space is open all day, so you are encouraged to arrive early and get settled with a match or adaptogenic drink from our bar.
At18.30 we settle into the WOMB, our group space for the workshop, where we'll play some music. The workshop format is open and interactive, blending education with experiential learning and (optional) sharing of experiences. We conclude the workshop with a Q+A. We'll wrap up this evening together by 20.30.
About the facilitator
Sarah Tilley is a psychedelic guide, integration specialist and holistic therapist specialising in psychedelic therapy, modern relationships and sexual wellbeing.
With over 20 years of experience, Sarah has worked with individuals, couples, and groups, using plant medicine to facilitate profound shifts in awareness. Her unique approach integrates psychedelic therapy, regression, hypnosis, breathwork, and guided visualisation to get to the root cause and promote full-spectrum holistic wellness.
Sarah has successfully guided hundreds of altered-state journeys, skillfully incorporating music, powerful intention, and ongoing integration into her practice.
As the host of The Intimacy Lab, Sarah continues to lead the conversation on psychedelic-assisted therapy and relationship wellness. Drawing from her background as a professional classical violinist, she creates immersive music journeys and soundscapes using generative music, enhancing the therapeutic experience.
