INTIMACY & ATTRACTION PRACTICE EVENING
The Intimacy & Attraction Workshop is an interactive practice evening - a set of techniques and exercises for inviting presence, connecting through the heart, and exploring the play of masculine and feminine for strong sexual attraction.
The set of tools we engage in will enable you to accurately, cleanly, and powerfully explore the realms of sexual polarity and heartful connection in your own life and with others.

We crave ever-deepening intimacy in our lives, but most of us rely on the spontaneous, magic moments of “it” occurring naturally.
Intimacy is an ability that can be learned, trained, refined and deepened. Brought alive through a deep connection to self & often through the vehicle of sexuality, intimacy can be an eternal dance of awakening, ecstasy, and love. It can be cultivated in relationship to ones-self and given as a gift, an art form that gives new life to your relationships & the people around you.
This mixed gender evening practice will focus on a gentle cultivation of intimacy & sexual polarity, through an integration of knowledge & practice you can apply in your life right away.
THROUGH THIS WORKSHOP YOU WILL:
* Discover how your body is an expression and "engine" for your capacity for love
* Learn to express your masculine or feminine capabilities more fully for the sake of magnetising / increasing attraction
* Practice presence; feeling love, & staying connected with your heart, whether you are facing a stranger or your partner
* Practice saying no while your heart is open
* Learn to integrate different expressions into your body and thus create variety, as a basis for the attraction / sexual spark
* Learn how to consciously create sexual attraction - even in long-term relationships
* Practice using your intuition and your heart to give and receive spontaneous feedback
* Enhance your understanding why the masculine seeks freedom, & the feminine seeks love
* Develop your ability for sexual transmission of love through breath
This workshop is open to women and men, singles and couples. An equal distribution of men and women is sought. At the workshop you will have the opportunity to train / practice with your partner and / or several different people.
A framework is created in the workshop that ensures the highest level of integrity, security & clarity for workshop participants. There is no nudity or explicit sexual touch in the practice.

COST: $79 + bf (booking fee) / COUPLES: $150 + bf
CONSIDERATIONS:
All sexual / gender orientations are welcome.
Both singles and couples welcome, many people come to this event alone, the facilitation is excellent and immediately puts everyone at ease.
Wear comfortable clothing that supports movement.
Please use subtle deodorants; fresh breath is a good option.
Tea is provided.

PETRA LANE
Known for the wisdom, integrity, and authenticity she embodies, Petra creates a safe space for others to discover the joy and power of embodied empowerment.
With a foundation in Psychology and Counselling from ACU, training in IFS Trauma Therapy and Psychosomatic Bodywork, and mentorship under internationally renowned intimacy and embodiment teacher Michaela Boehm, Petra was also an apprentice in the Rainbow Lineage of the Paqos (shamans) of the Andes.
Committed to evidence-based methods, she integrates somatic (body-based) process, contemporary psychology, neuroscience, shamanic practice, and heart-centred action to facilitate profound transformation.
Specialising in trauma healing, embodiment, intimacy, nervous system regulation, and the empowerment that comes from radical accountability, Petra holds a powerful space for transformation in her workshops, one-on-one sessions, and retreats around the world.
