consciousness
(NOSC) is a temporary change in how a person perceives themselves and the world around them.
During a NOSC, a person may
experience unique thoughts,
emotions, and perceptions that are not typically accessible in their normal state of mind.

✨️What is a Session Like:

Unlike other practices, you do not DO anything to awaken the Kundalini. You only need lie back on a yoga mat, relax, and surrender to the process. Some music will be played and a facilitator will come around to gently touch and activate certain centers and meridian points to stimulate the flow of energy.

✨️To prepare for your session:

~ Avoid heavy meals, alcohol or drugs 24 hours before session ~ Yoga mat or blanket on floor ~ Dress comfortably ~No experience is necessary
