The Inner Mujer Ptoject: Wellness Circle is an intentional, community-centered gathering created to offer women a space to reconnect with their bodies, minds, and one another through movement, music, and collective care. This is not just a fitness class, but a guided wellness experience centered around embodiment, connection, and community.
This Wellness Circle will take place outdoors at The Perch on their patio over looking the river while we create an energizing and uplifting environment for movement and connection under the sun.
Weather Advisory: In the event of unfavorable weather conditions, the Wellness Circle will be moved indoors to ensure the experience can still be held comfortably and safely.
Hosted by Reyna and Anairis, founders of The Inner Mujer Project, this gathering will feature Power Yoga led by Yari. This movement-based class is designed to help participants build strength, reconnect with their bodies, and move with intention in a supportive, non-judgmental space. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace, modify as needed, and honor their bodies without pressure or comparison.
This Wellness Circle includes:
• Power Yoga led by Yari
• An energizing, movement-based class designed to help you build strength + reconnect with your body
• A Justin Bieber themed playlist for those of us who grew up in the Bieber era
• A fun, intentional wellness morning centered around movement, community, and connection
• Elevated mocktail wellness drinks by Nayeli with Flor de Agave available for purchase after class
• 21+ women’s only event
• Purple is our theme color 💜
This space is designed for women who are open-minded and interested in wellness, intentional community, movement, and healing-centered experiences. The Inner Mujer Project believes that wellness should feel approachable, supportive, and community-based.
Attendees are responsible for bringing their own yoga mat, water bottle, and any additional props they may need. Comfortable workout clothing is encouraged. and SUNSCREEN!
This is a non-judgmental space. Any disrespectful behavior or bullying will result in being kindly asked to leave.
Please note: There are limited tickets available. Attendance is first come, first served, and tickets will be checked at the event.
